ViaPorte Distance Service Agreement (Online Payment)

1. PARTY INFORMATION

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the online purchase of address usage, package reception, short-term storage, and service management services provided by ViaPorte.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICE

ViaPorte is not a shipping, logistics, transportation, or delivery company. Services provided are limited to:

• Right to use ViaPorte address
• Package reception and registration
• Short-term secure storage
• In-person delivery to customer

ViaPorte does not provide services for sending, transporting, or forwarding packages to any country.

4. PAYMENT AND INVOICING

Service fees are collected online using Stripe infrastructure at the rates specified on the ViaPorte website. The collected fees are service fees and do not constitute product sales.

5. WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

Users can exercise their right of withdrawal before the service begins. No refunds are made after the service is used. Since no physical product sales are made, distance selling provisions are evaluated within the scope of the service agreement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ViaPorte does not accept responsibility for the content, value, or legal status of packages. The customer accepts that all legal responsibility for the package they receive belongs to them.

7. DISPUTES

Bulgarian law applies to disputes arising from this agreement. Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction.
