Who Are We?

ViaPorte (Santos Grup EOOD) is a logistics support and technology company based in Bulgaria. Our goal is to provide a secure, accessible, and digital address infrastructure abroad for cross-border shoppers.

What Do We Do?

We assign our customers a personal "International Address". This address can be used as a delivery address for your online shopping. We handle packages that arrive at your address by:

• Physically receiving them,
• Photographing and registering them in our system (Digital Registration),
• Storing them in our secure warehouse,
• Delivering them when you or your authorized person visits our office.

What We Don't Do?

As per our transparency principle, we clearly state activities outside our service scope:

• We Don't Do Cargo Transportation (Forwarding): We don't ship the packages we receive to another country or address.
• We Don't Sell Products: We are not an e-commerce site, we don't sell any products.
• We Don't Do Dropshipping: We don't act as intermediaries to deliver your commercial products to end users.
