ViaPorte Privacy Policy & KVKK / GDPR

This text has been prepared in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the ViaPorte platform operated by Santos Grup EOOD.

A. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

ViaPorte is committed to protecting the privacy and security of users' personal data. Collected personal data is processed only for the purposes of address usage, package reception services, customer communication, and fulfillment of legal obligations.

Types of data collected:

  • Name, surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • ViaPorte address information assigned to the user
  • Payment and billing information (card information is not stored in our systems)

ViaPorte does not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is stored only within the scope of service execution and legal requirements.

B. USER RIGHTS UNDER GDPR

Users have the right to:

  • Learn whether their personal data is being processed
  • Request information if processed
  • Request correction of incorrect or incomplete data
  • Request deletion or destruction of data

E. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

ViaPorte applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill service and legal obligations.
