Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
The service you purchased (Address Allocation) can be cancelled without any justification before the service activation (before the address is assigned to you). If you submit your cancellation request to info@viaporte.com, your transaction will be processed on the same day.
2. Refund Policy
- After Service Activation: After the digitally provided and instantly executed "Address Allocation" service is activated, refunds are generally not made due to the nature of the service.
- Service Defect: If you cannot access your address due to a system error or if the promised service cannot be provided, a 100% refund will be made.
- Physical Products: Since no physical product sales are made through ViaPorte, there is no physical product return procedure.
3. Refund Process
For refund requests, please send an email to info@viaporte.com with your order number. Your request will be evaluated within 5 business days and the result will be communicated to you. Approved refunds will be reflected on the card used for payment within 3-7 business days.
