A. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

ViaPorte is a platform that provides international address usage and package reception services. ViaPorte provides customers with a fixed address abroad. This address is used as a delivery address for customers' online purchases. Packages are stored free of charge for a maximum of 15 days.

ViaPorte is not a shipping, logistics, transportation, or delivery company.

ViaPorte only receives packages, registers them digitally, stores them for a short period, and delivers them in person to the customer.

ViaPorte does not provide services for sending, transporting, or forwarding packages to any country.

B. TERMS OF USE

1. ViaPorte services only cover address usage, package reception, and short-term storage services.
2. ViaPorte does not accept responsibility for the content, value, or legal status of products sold.
3. Customers can only pick up their packages in person from ViaPorte offices.
4. ViaPorte is not responsible for customs procedures, import/export, or tax processes.
5. ViaPorte service fees are related to the service provided and do not include product sales.
